- Click Publish document. Once published, you’ll receive a sharable link, and your file will be available on SAMSON Connect – Documents.
The document visibility options are especially useful:
- Public: Everyone has access to the document, but only users with editing rights can modify it.
- Hidden: The document is accessible only via a shared link; editing permissions still apply.
- Restricted: Only specified users with access rights can view or edit the document.
Streamline Access Control and Collaboration
