Instead, their associated structural models can be targeted using this animation.
For scenarios where nodes lack transparency attributes, the Appear animation behaves like the Show animation. This flexibility enables seamless integration into a variety of molecular animations.
How to Implement the Appear Animation
To incorporate the Appear animation into your project, follow these steps:
- Select the nodes that you’d like to visualize gradually.
- In the Animation panel under the Animator, double-click the Appear animation effect.
The animation progresses through four keyframes, each contributing to the visual transition:
- Keyframes 1–2: Nodes remain fully transparent.
- Keyframes 2–3: Transparency decreases steadily, and nodes progressively become visible.
- Keyframes 3–4: Nodes achieve full opacity, making them completely visible.
