To share a document:
- Open SAMSON and navigate to Home > Publish.
- A dialog window will appear where you can name your document, describe it, and adjust its visibility settings:
- Public: Anyone can use the document, but edits require specific access rights.
- Hidden: Only those with a direct link can use the document, with the same edit restrictions as above.
- Restricted: Both use and editing require specific permissions.

How to Download Shared Documents
If someone else shares a SAMSON Connect document with you, accessing it is equally straightforward. Simply go to Home > Download in SAMSON, where you can browse and download shared molecular files. This incorporates the files seamlessly into your workspace, providing access to all associated information, nodes, and embedded resources.
Control and Collaboration
