- From SAMSON, navigate to Home > Publish.
- In the dialog window, fill out the document name, a description, and select the document visibility. Here are the available options:
- Public: Anyone can use this document, but editing requires specific access rights.
- Hidden: Only those with the link can access it, and editing requires access rights.
- Restricted: Access and editing rights must be specifically granted.
Once ready, click Publish document. The document will then appear on your SAMSON Connect account, with a sharable link provided for easy dissemination to your team.
Managing Shared Documents
After publishing, you can manage your shared documents and those shared with you through the Documents section of your SAMSON Connect user menu.
If you are the document owner or one of the authorized editors, you can:
- Edit document settings, including its name, description, and visibility levels.
- Control who has access to the document or modify its permissions:
- Set visibility levels: Public, Hidden, or Restricted.
- Grant or revoke access for individual users.
