Sharing a document begins directly from within SAMSON. Simply navigate to Home > Publish and follow these easy steps:
- Provide a name and description for your document.
- Select the document visibility:
- Public: Accessible by everyone, but editing requires granted access.
- Hidden: Requires a private link to access.
- Restricted: Access only for users you specifically grant rights to.
- Click Publish document.
Upon publishing, you’ll receive a sharable link, and your file will be available in the SAMSON Connect – Documents section.
