You don’t need to wait endlessly. Luckily, you can still move forward:
- Access your SAMSON Key directly: Head to SAMSON Connect and sign into your account with the credentials you registered with. There, you’ll find your SAMSON Key needed to activate the application.
- Start Using SAMSON: With the SAMSON Key from your account, you can proceed to install and launch SAMSON right away—no need to wait for an email.

- Use your academic email address: Not only can this make email delivery faster, but it also helps you obtain an academic license that unlocks free and discounted SAMSON Extensions (up to 90% off).
